Anyone visiting Pet Hobbyist likely has pets. It doesn't take too much effort to become a pet owner. Most all pet owners knows the deep heartfelt love for a pet as well. But how many have you felt the deep pull of a spiritual bond with your pet? One where when you pray, they seem to be praying too? Or if you're on an alternative path your pet seems to know what to do during ritual, without being told. Like a familiar but even deeper. I've had/am having that experience with an animal and I'm curious to hear how others have come to recognize a spiritual connection with their pet. What they did with that connection, how they handled it and if they incorporated their pet into their spiritual life? What happens when the pet passes (I'm worried about that aspect)?
