I have heard alot of mixed emotions over saving dogs from other countries, and the article below talks about some of the same concerns that I do. We as the United States...knocking on wood have done a fantastic job with our adoption programs. In fact the little dog in the article is from the shelter near me. Are we only feeding the fire by emptying the streets of other countries while not implementing the same spay and neuter programs?

What's your intake on this?
