NC State Auction Board Rules on Internet Auction Use
Earlier this week, OnlinePetAuction.com received word that the State of North Carolina Auction Licensing Board has ruled that Internet Auctions do not fall into the regulated auction system, and therefore do not require licensing or certification. OnlinePetAuction.com, despite this ruling, will be actively seeking the NC State Auction firm License, during the next Calendar Year.
