Start here .... The Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) assists Washington residents in identifying and reporting cases of animal cruelty and neglect.

Most Animal Controll Officer and Animal Cruelty Investigators are very well aware of the puppy mill nightmare and the dishonest vets who will say, write and sign anything if the money is right.
