:This would vary from state to state and perhaps even town to town. Some areas do have "lemon laws" or other regulations that might help you. But in most places, it's "buyer beware."

:While I agree that you should never, ever buy a puppy from a pet store, there is nothing wrong with loving your baby. You didn't know any better and love is love. Now you know, and hopefully your dog's health will improve and you will have a happy life together.
