"defending our freedom" - Iraq was never a threat to my freedom. Bush, Ridge, and Ashcroft are bigger threats to my freedom with their erosion of my civil rights. Strange how an invasion and hositile military takeover of another nation can be called a defense of anything.

"liberating those in Iraq" - Yes, Saddam is a harsh, brutal dictator who gassed his own people. He is also the same one that we supported militarily and financially. The same one we sold biological and chemical weapons components. The same one that was a valued ally when he was gassing his citizens and Iranians. Strange how it can be called a liberation when the people are picking up weapons to fight a hopeless war against the invaders instead of surrendering and welcoming us like we were told they were going to do.

If you really love freedom join the ACLU, NRA, or some other rights group.

If you really support our troops tell your politicians to bring them home.
