Thanks for the link, I'd heard this story but didn't realize this was a 6 month old PUPPY! I feel a great deal of anger, but I also feel sorry for this woman as she must have dementia or something like that. Not that that excuses her behavior, but give her train of thought, I can only believe that she has mental problems. (Then again maybe I believe that because the idea that she was sane is too chilling.)
