I believe this is just another attempt by lobbyist( HSUS etc..) to take out the animal trade.Apparently they cannot seem to get anything done by going up against us directly, so instead of a head on approach there going to try to make it too difficult or costly to transport animals.If this is successful how many thousands of pet stores, breeders, jobbers will this hurt or put out of buisness. This isn't about regulation...it's about ending the pet trade one law at a time.
