There are some very knowledgeable people on there. Sometimes diet modification and perhaps oral insulin can help but I understand if she has been through alot and is suffering it would not be fair on her. I had to make a similar decision for one of my fish recently, not the same but it may or may not have recovered but had lost all balance and I couldn't watch it suffer. So I understand where you are coming from. You have my deepest sympathies and love.
