Sera - maybe taking care of the baby monitor is just what you need! Most of us here feel when we lose our friends they send us other pets, be it a kitten, puppy, monitor, bird, whatever, to help us work through our grief.

If you can believe something of this nature, then maybe you could believe that Sigmund sent the opportunity to take care of another monitor to you. It's worth thinking about anyway.
