Please don't think of me as weird, but was wondering if there are many people out there that have handicapped pets? If so what types of handicaps?

I watch Animal Planet all the time and see such remarkable things about animals with handicaps that seem to be making it just fine. I think most of the time the humans have more of a difficult time dealing with it than the animals do.
