Hopefully you'll see this - even though it's a month after your post. I have a rott mix that had her right rear leg amputated due to cancer & I've been using a harness for her that I got from a company called walkabout harness. It works great for helping her get around & she's huge. She might not like it at first but the independence she'll feel by just being mobile will make all of the difference in her emotional state - atleast it did for my dog. I went that route first instead of the doggie wheel chairs because I'm trying to encourage her to get around on three legs first - but if it doesn't work out (she's 13 & the amputation was in September) I'm definitely getting her a wheelchair. The best ones I've seen were by a company called doggon wheels. They make them in all sizes - they even have ones small enough for a rabbit & big enough for a cow. Good luck.
