Last October my family was found by a 6 month old Border Collie pup. She has been wonderful to everyone around. This however has now changed. Her fear has really kicked in. When out for a walk she often reacts by just stopping and won't go any farther. When inside with us if a truck passes she runs and hides. This is understandable I guess conciderig we have construction around. She used to love going for car rides and now sits on the passenger side floor board. Her anxiousness seems to be worse on some days than others. I watch children for a living and she has been great! When introducing her to neighbors however expecially someone at face level she will occasionally snap up and growl. I am really bothered by this as many of you would be. I don't want her to bite anyone and don't know what to do. She is fine with the children I watch and has a wonderful time. She does bark at people who come to the door but once they are in she settles down. If anyone has advice I would welcome it! I just don't know what training would do at this point especially when she reacts in such a way. Please help us
