Diamond was given a short reprieve.. vet said that based on her last biopsy they thought they had it all and that this was just a single regrowth tumor they can remove, but...... because we are Smalltown USA, the first available surgery appointment is April 14. Bloodwork, xray and then surgery if needed or if there is a lot of tumor regrowth, while she is out for bloodwork and xray, just put her down. We called our college son late last night and he is coming home tonight........... hardest phone call I ever had to make....... hearing your child's heart break over the phone is the worst sound in the world. First he has two classmates deployed to the front lines in Iraq and now this......... Thank you for your support...... will update you after april 14......... helps to know that others understand this agony.
