I have a Boa Constrictor who I DID take to the vet for his infection in both his eyes. They gave me Baytril but said his prognosis wasn't that great. He's doing ok except for the eyes.....he's blind. I HATE that he's impaired. I don't want to lose him but know I may have to put him down. But how can I even do that when I don't have much money until a couple of weeks? Anyone ever been stuck in this situation? It's horrible. They said they could do surgery but it will be a few hundred dollors. Gosh! Is there Reptile insurance?
