Thank you so much for posting a tribute to 9/11.
Yes, it is SO HARD to comprehend that a full year has passed.....
My husband I (are from NY) were stuck in San Francisco visting my brother, (stuck) due to 9/11/01. Not knowing if our family, friends and co-workers were alive or not was DEVASTATING. We lost a lot of wonderful humans & canines alike.
I can't express the pain we still feel in NY, not that it's ANY different to the pain felt around the world.
I go to work every day, in a corporate building for The Bank of NY Mortgage, one of the major financial institutions in NY, and constantly wonder if we're next........ It's a scary existence we lead.
Please, all of us, let's join together in this wonderful friendship we share and remember those who risked and lost their lives for the United States.....and be thankful for the freedom we still experience.
