Hello,
We've had my rat terrier and weimaraner for a several months and they get along perfectly fine. The Weimaraner is not neutered and the rat terrier is neutered.
Recently we came across a boston terrier that wasn't being cared for so we decided to take him in as well. Well, he is not neutered either, and he has been fighting with my Weimaraner almost everyday.
Would having one or both of the non-neutered dogs neutered prevent them from fighting, or is there pretty much no chance of them getting along.
The boston terrier is 11 months old, weimaraner is 9 months old and the rat terrier is a year and a half old.
We have a cat too that all of the dogs get along with, but the two males who haven't been neutered are having to be kept seperate, and potentially we may have to find the boston a new home. We don't want to do this because we want to make sure he has a good life since he wasn't taken care of by his first owners, but on the other hand we don't want him getting hurt badly by the weimaraner because of their fighting either.
Any opinions?
