As we light the Candles, we ask that some of the energy and warmth created in the Glow reach out to them and guide them, giving them the energy, strength and courage they need to face the days ahead. We send them our love and our prayers.

All animals suffering on factory farms, in research facilities, and in similar places

Animals at the Baghdad Zoo who have been mistreated by looters

Animal welfare and rescue groups, including veterinarians, working to help animals in Afghanistan and Iraq

Egret from Florida who was dragged to Pennsylvania under a car and suffered a broken leg and other injuries

Together we unite to give thanks for the loved ones and babies who have improved in health and strength. We also, being of one heart, pray for the Mommies, Daddies, and babies who struggle together against serious illness or those who are lost or missing. And we can never forget all who work to save the homeless and abused animals. Their burden is never light. With one heart, all are remembered and forever cherished by this family of love.
