October is National Adopt a Shelter Dog Month!

The night of August 19-20, a pigeon with a clear plastic tag on its pink leg spent the night on our eighth floor window sill. The number on the tag was 23906. The bird was grey with 3 black stripes on its lower back. It had a white "v" shaped marking on its beak and some irridescent green feathers aroung its neck. If anyone is tracking this bird, please contact me and I'll give you details.
