Please sign my petition to prosecute a horrible Berks County, PA woman who gets dogs that are supposed to be "free to good home", then sells them for big bucks$$$$$, after making people belive she wants them for her family. She sells them to a kennel whos owner has several past animal abuse and neglect convictions. The Berks County District Attorney refused to prosecute this horrible woman, claiming this wasnt a criminal matter. Since when is FRAUD not a criminal matter? To read the article that appeared in the Morning Call newspaper on September 23,2002 about this situation, just email me and I will be happy to send it to you. Please sign my petition to prosecute her, and help stop animal exploitation! Thanks.
