:That is SO wrong! Police officors should not be able to lay a hand on any animal for no apparent reason!

Hello,
I have not seen this video (my system won't support it), but is it not possible that the officer, in the heat of the moment made a snap decision, albeit the wrong one? He may not have known the dog's intentions at that very second. Sounds like an accident to me. I suppose that none of you who are pontificating about this have ever made any mistakes or bad judgements in your lives? Police officers do NOT go around "murdering" dogs, as some of you would have us believe. And although I agree that this was an unfortunate incident, killing a dog is not "murder".

Cheers!
Simon
