I know we need euthanization to control our animal population, but I believe they should only be euthanized if they are sick, or hurt badly, to be put out of misery. An animal has been in enough pain, not having an owner or someone to love them, why kill it? Why not transfer it to another shelter, one not so full? Another reason why nuetering or spaying is a nessecity!
