Dog murdered in front of family

I am sorry to bring this horrendous story to your attention, but your support is needed. On Jan 1, 2003, an Officer Hall of the Tennessee Highway Patrol shot Patton, a boxer/bulldog mix dead in front of his family for no reason that seems apparent from viewing the video tape. Instead of just being shocked to your core (which I am afraid you will be) please take this opportunity to register your outrage by writing the Tennessee Department of Safety commissioner Jerry W Scott and making sure that this incident is properly handled and not swept under the carpet, which appears to be what is happening.

The saddest part of this is that according to the owner, who was crying over his dog, looked up to see one of the policemen ginning.
