“Please Help” I need an attorney that loves dogs. I was just notified last night that my ex-wife took my dogs to the pound. She had told me that she would keep them until I could make arrangements to get them after she kicked me out. She lives in Phoenix AZ. I live in Orange County Ca. So I spent all night on the internet trying to locate the shelter that they were at and this morning I found out that they had been put to sleep. I helped their mother deliver them and I broke the sacks to help get them to breathe. They were apart of my life for 1-½ years and I loved them very very much. I know suing her will not bring my dogs back (I would do anything to bring them back) but I fill that if I do nothing, then she will have just gotten away with murdering my dogs that weren’t just considered pets they were family members to my children and myself.
Please, any help would be appreciated I don’t have very much money for a retainer. I will also donate most of the money to an animal charity.
Just to let everyone know they were both in excellent health and had a overwhelming amount of love and loyalty. There aren’t any words that can express the loss and emptiness that I feel.
