Hi there :) I was wondering, how does one go about getting a new law passed? I'd like to see one passed to give reptiles more protection from neglect and abuse. Whey is it that someone who mistreats a child, a dog, a cat, or anything furry can be prosecuted, yet, if they mistreat or neglect a reptile it is overlooked?
