Other than getting the media involved nope... Regardless of whether the store is a mom and pop or a chain LEGALLY the best thing to do is to find an ACI or ACO that will listen to the complaint and actually ACT on it. Notifying management usually just makes the problem disappear into a back room. If you end up finding and ACI/ACO that would like to help but is not familiar enough with reptiles and how they fit into animal cruelty statutes feel free to drop me a line. Between us and a local ACI that actually got a crash course in reptiles from us we'd be able to walk everyone through prosecution.
